3) QUALI SONO I TEMPI DI CONSEGNA E RESI?
La produzione di una sneakers richiede circa 4/7 giorni lavorativi, per ridurre l'attesa utilizziamo corrieri espressi con consegna in 24/48 ore, quindi in un massimo di 10 giorni lavorativi riceverai la tua sneakers Hard Work. Abbiamo anche la possibilità di produzioni prioritarie, contattaci prima dell'ordine per verificare la disponibilità di questo servizio. Puoi effettuare il reso del tuo acquisto entro e non oltre i 14 giorni effettivi dal ricevimento dell'ordine, la spedizione di reso sarà a tuo carico. L'articolo deve essere restituito così come ricevuto, quindi non usato e/o danneggiato, nel suo imballaggio originale, se uno o più punti non saranno rispettati il reso non andrà a buon fine e non sarà possibile ricevere il rimborso.

The soles are made of EVA rubber and are an exclusive Hard Work design, studied and designed by our master craftsmen. Each pair is meticulously crafted without industrial processes.
3) WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY AND RETURN TIMES?
Sneaker production takes approximately 4-7 business days. To reduce waiting times, we use express couriers with 24-48 hour delivery, so you'll receive your Hard Work sneakers within 10 business days. We also offer priority production; please contact us before ordering to check availability. You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order; you will be responsible for the return shipping. The item must be returned as received, i.e., unused and/or damaged, in its original packaging. If any of these requirements are not met, the return will not be processed and you will not be eligible for a refund.
